BEAST posterior distibution

Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
A thinned (10,000 samples) and pruned (retaining only taxa for which both chromosome number and sex chromosome complement were known) set of trees from the posterior distribution inferred by BEAST v1.7.4. These data were used as input for BayesTraits analyses.
