Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
This file contains data about the termite behaviors observed in our trials. The file contains the following four sheets: 1) Initiations: information about every termite and the number of excavation sites it initiated. 2) Joining: information about every time a termite encountered an excavation site, and whether or not it joined in excavating there. 3) Duration: information about the length of time for every excavation event. 4) Metadata: descriptions of the column headers included in sheets 1–3.
