Heat stress experiment: survival per individual
datasetposted on 30.07.2019 by Nicky Lustenhouwer, Jennifer L. Williams, Jonathan M. Levine
Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
Data for the heat stress experiment, containing the survival of each individual after two rounds of heat stress, or under control conditions (18 replicate individuals of each genotype per treatment). Note that all control plants survived. The average survival rate of each genotype under heat stress across all replicates is presented in Fig. S1C. Please see README associated with file 1 for metadata.
