Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
These data are from samples collected in the field in northwestern Costa Rica from Brachyrhaphis rhabdophora (Poeciliidae) collected in 1996 and 1997. Similar collections and remaining samples that were not destroyed in processing are located in the Monte L. Bean Life Sciences Museum. Column headings are for population number, fish identification number, predator presence, standard length, gonopodium length, dry testes mass, and dry somatic mass.
