Supplementary material Appendix, Table A1. Shows all bird species known to participate in mobbing behavior against the Ferruginous Pygmy-Owl (Glaucidium brasilianum) in the Neotropics. Species in bold were attracted to the sound of the Pygmy-Owl in this study. The references represent previous studies where each species was detected. Species in bold that lack previous references represent a novel mobbing record obtained by this study. The supplementary material Appendix, Table A2. Shows a list of bird species recorded at the Fazenda Pau d’Arco, at the Chapada do Araripe, Ceará, Brazil, and their respective functional traits used in this study.
