Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
Counts per million reads for assembled transcripts (allele "pairs"). There is one column for each F0 plant and two columns for each F1 plant, one for the S allele and one for the L allele. The columns are labeled as allele-site-generation. So for column "SIF1.3", this is the data for the S allele expressed at the Inland field site in the third F1 plant.
