eDNA Data by month and water body
datasetposted on 30.07.2019 by Amy Davis, Kelly Williams, Nathan Snow, Kim Pepin, Antoinette Piaggio
Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
Samples are provided by month and water body with corresponding covariate information (water body type, pH, water sample depth, days since last pig visit, number of pictures of pigs per month, and average pig group size). The qPCR results are shown (simplified to zeros and ones that were used in this analysis). The first six columns of the qPCR results are from the pooled sample data (first 3 are pre-inhibitor removal, next 3 are post-inhibitor removal). The next 40 columns are the qPCR results by sample (first 20 are pre-inhibitor removal, next 20 are post-inhibitor removal).
