Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
These data were collected on Myotis lucifugus (little brown bats) in the northeastern United States and include measurements on life history (sex, age) and body condition (forearm length in millimeters, body mass in grams, and fat amount in grams). Method for measuring fat amount (fat.method) is indicated. The derived value, percent fat, is fat amount divided by body mass.
